About me
German-Irish, with an educational background in humanities, I’ve spent much of my career in consulting, sales leadership and client-facing roles with IBM Ireland working at the intersection of strategy, people and commercial outcomes across accounts in Europe. Over time, I’ve learned that I’m at my best when helping teams think clearly, structure ideas and make practical choices with confidence.
Today I work independently with founders and early-stage companies. I enjoy the momentum, the creativity and the human side of building something new. My approach is collaborative and grounded, blending advisory work with coaching and practical commercial guidance.
Some clients work with me simply as their local representative in Ireland – someone they trust to show up in person, build relationships and keep conversations moving when they cannot be here themselves. Combining strategic perspective with a very human approach, I bridge the distance so collaboration feels close and continuous.
Alongside this, I’m involved in community and arts projects where the goal is similar: to bring structure, support and clarity to initiatives that aim for positive impact. This includes contributing to local environmental and neighbourhood groups, as well as helping painters and creative teams develop ideas into organised, achievable projects.
