About me

I’ve spent much of my career in consulting, sales leadership and client-facing roles — most recently with IBM — working at the intersection of strategy, people and commercial outcomes. Over time, I’ve learned that I’m at my best when helping teams think clearly, structure ideas and make practical choices with confidence.

Today I work independently with founders and early-stage companies. I enjoy the momentum, the creativity and the human side of building something new. My approach is collaborative and grounded, blending advisory work with coaching and practical commercial guidance.

Alongside this, I’m involved in community and arts projects where the goal is similar: to bring structure, support and clarity to initiatives that aim for positive impact. This includes contributing to local environmental and neighbourhood groups, as well as helping painters and creative teams develop ideas into organised, achievable projects.

Based in Dublin, I also support organisations entering the Irish market through local representation and light strategic oversight.
